Congratulations Mr. Speaker. Newt Gingrich is currently taking South Carolina "by a comfortable margin" as I had predicted.
What's suprising is how much Santorum appears to be winning over Ron Paul. What would be great is if Paul dropped out and we could hear from the other candidates only since Paul has absolutely zero chance of getting the nomination. I would really rather spend my time listening to the ones who can actually win.
As far as Gingrich's moral failings, I believe in the power of repentance and forgiveness. The people who know him said that this is real. He's not my first choice - Santorum was but he's about done.
The two remaining viable candidates - Romney and Gingrich - will be a vast improvement over what we have now. Our country is in the process of being destroyed by this president. Please don't hear me say that he is doing it intentionally because I don't believe that for a second. Obama is a true-believer in liberalism and totally incompetent at the same time!
